    Great work Dr Rajneesh. I have loved all your articles on this site.
    In one of the articles you mentioned about a good knowledge management system. In your mind what corresponds to a good knowledge management system.

      Its a great question about the Knowledge management system. Some of my thoughts are here below:

      1: Captures critical experiential learning into categoric and logical knowledge areas.
      2: Allows a systematic layering of the knowledge gathered therefore catering to all levels of knowledge seekers.
      3: A system that lends itself to intuitive usage and accessible anytime, anywhere.
